International Diamond Center is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Jewelry Sales Associate with a specialization in Rolex timepieces to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. As a premier retailer of fine jewelry, diamonds, and luxury watches, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury watches, particularly Rolex, and a proven track record of sales success in the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service to clients, assisting them in selecting the perfect Rolex timepiece to suit their preferences and needs.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Rolex watches, including their history, craftsmanship, technical specifications, and current market trends.
  • Educate customers on the unique features and benefits of Rolex watches, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through attentive communication, follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, identifying their interests, and presenting suitable Rolex options.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to purchase and beyond.
  • Stay informed about new Rolex releases, limited editions, and special promotions to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, pricing, and customer service standards.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on jewelry or watches.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Rolex watches and the luxury watch market, with a genuine passion for horology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong sales acumen, including the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications.
  • GIA certification or other relevant credentials in horology or gemology a plus.
